Check-in From 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Check-out: 12PM.

Age Restriction : Minimum Age of Check-in 21 Years, Pets are not allowed.
Refundable damage deposit: A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
30+ night stays (monthly stays): We do not accept reservations for stays over 30 nights.
Cancellation/prepayment: The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
Pre-authorization preferences: We pre-authorize guests' credit cards prior to arrival for certain policy types. We pre-authorize guests' credit cards after free cancellation ends.
Guest Payment Option: We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Discover, Cash. We allow guests to pay online with their preferred payment method.
